Rising star Zul Ariffin may be in a long-term relationship with Tayangan Unggul’s Executive Producer Gayatri Su-Lin Pillai, but that doesn’t mean that we”ll be hearing banging of the kompang anytime soon.
The 34-year-old actor set his sights on his blossoming career instead, and decided to put marriage plans on hold– at least for this year.
“We’re not getting married this year and we have no plans heading towards that direction, either,” he clarified to Sinar Harian.
“These days, I’m more focused on my work schedule. Frankly, just thinking about the tedious wedding preparations gets my head in a spin.
“So at this time, it’s more logical to cease any wedding arrangements until the right time comes,” Zul added.
Meanwhile,Zul– who gained notoriety when he played the role of a hunky pilot in Rindu Awak 200%Â with Ayda Jebat– said he is not afraid of losing popularity after getting hitched because, as he puts it,”There many actors out there who didn’t lose their fanbase despite being married and having a family.”
In other development, Zul is currently busy shooting his latest starring role in another novel adaptation entitled, Mr. London, Ms. Langkawi, which will be aired on cable network, Astro.MYNEWSHUB
