KUALA LUMPUR – A local woman was among two seriously injured after they were believed to have been shot at, at a bus stop in Bandar Teknologi, Kajang, here, last night.
the 61-year-old money changing company owner was injured on her jaw while her Pakistani employee sustained an injury on the chin in the incident at 9.35 pm.
Kajang District Police chief, ACP Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yussof said they would undergo operations at the Kajang Hospital today to remove the bullets.
He said they were attacked when the woman stopped at a bus stop to allow her worker to disembark and the suspect was believed to have approached them in a Proton Waja.
“The suspect shot at the victims several times and injuring them,” he said when contacted by Bernama.
Ahmad Dzaffir said the victims were sent to the Kajang Hospital for treatment and police found several bullet casings at the scene.- BERNAMA
