PUTRAJAYA: Bun Rany Hun Sen, wife of the Cambodian Prime Minister, today called on Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of the Malaysian Prime Minister, at Seri Perdana here.
Bun Rany arrived at the Seri Perdana complex heading a delegation at about 10.50am and was greeted by Rosmah and her delegation.
The two delegations held a meeting for almost an hour.
Bun Rany’s delegation comprised Kheng Samvada, wife of the Cambodian Foreign Minister; Khiev Tep Raingsy, wife of the Cambodian Information Minister; Leang Seap Lekhalis, a member of the Samdech Techo Prime Minister Secretariat; and Nakry Samphors, councellor at the Cambodian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
The Malaysian delegation comprised Datin Seri Siti Rubiah Abdul Samad, wife of the Foreign Minister; Datin Dr Lee Sieng Shuen, wife of the Deputy International Trade and Industry Minister; Datin Seri Norainee Mohd Yatib, wife of the Malaysian Ambassador to Cambodia; and Datuk Seri Siti Azizah Sheikh Abod, special officer of the Prime Minister.
Rosmah presented souvenirs to Bun Rany and members of her delegation.
Bun Rany is accompanying her husband, Prime Minister Hun Sen, on a two-day official visit to Malaysia beginning today.
She arrived in Malaysia on Wednesday along with Hun Sen who also attended the 25th World Economic Forum on ASEAN in Kuala Lumpur over two days up to Thursday.
