KUALA LUMPUR: Opposition leader Datuk Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail says that she will not be part of the “Save Malaysia” coalition she feels it is not necessary.
“At the moment, I don’t need to,” said the PKR president Speaking to reporters outside the Parliament lobby.
She was asked if she would be joining following rallies and gatherings organised by Pakatan Harapan.
The “Save Malaysia” coalition was launched in February, led by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
So far, the coalition has gained the support of about 50 leaders from both sides of the political divide, as well as NGO activists.-The Star Online
