ARAU – Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates need to fulfill the current job market requirement, said Raja Muda of Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail.
He said the quality of graduates was one of the important aspects in ensuring enhanced productivity and smooth running of an organisation.
“As such, students are advised to be more proactive, sensitive and industrious in acquiring knowledge to face the challenges of 4.0 industry,” he said when launching the ‘Titian Kasih Mega’ programme organised by the Perlis Yayasan Tuanku Syed Putra (YTSP) at Arau Vocational College here today.
He said the quality of TVET graduates also needed to be developed holistically following the increasingly modern career challenges through robotic and digital applications.
The ceremony was attended by 528 college students as well as Arau Vocational College director Mohd Jelani Yaacob and Perlis YTSP secretary Datuk Johari Mohd Darus. – BERNAMA
