SEREMBAN – A Telekom Malaysia (TM) technician was killed after his superbike was involved in an accident at Km245.2 of the North-South Expressway near the Seremban RnR early this morning.
A police spokeperson said Muhammad Aidil Azri Talib, 34, from Felda Redong, Segamat, Johor, died on the spot due to severe head injuries.
He said in the 5.30 am incident, the victim who was alone on his Honda CB500X was believed on his way from Johor to his workplace in Cyberjaya.
His body which was lying on the emergency lane was discovered by motorists who alerted the police.
Based on the damage to his machine, Muhammad Aidil Azri is believed to have hit a hard object on the expressway before he fell off from the machine.
His body was taken to the Tuanku Jaafar Seremban Hospital here for post-mortem.
Meanwhile, Seremban district deputy police chief Supt Abdul Rahim Daud when contacted, confirmed the accident, saying the cause of the accident was still under investigation. – BERNAMA
