KUALA LUMPUR – One more victim of the crash involving a car and a tour bus near
Rawang was found burnt to death, bringing the total to three people burnt to death.
The car burst into flames after it was hit by a bus at 447.7 km North-South
Expressway (NSE), south bound from Rawang to Kuala Lumpur, last night.

Ismail said the charred remains of the third victim was found on the car
“The three remains will be sent to Sungai Buloh Hospital for autopsy.”
A total of 15 bus passengers and the bus driver fled to safety in the crash
at about 8:30 pm.
Meanwhile, bus driver Mahmud Othman,54, said the accident happened when a
Proton Saga suddenly swerved into the bus lane and he could not avoid a
collision with the car.
“The collision caused the car to burst into flames. I quickly directed all
15 passengers to leave the bus before the fire engulfed the whole bus,” he told
Bernama when met at the scene last night.
