MADINAH – For the first time, Tabung Haji (TH) has opened customer service counters in Madinah to tackle any problem faced by Malaysian pilgrims in the holy city.
Madinah Zone 1 manager, Fisol Nayan said the counters were opened on a 24-hour basis to assist pilgrims who were facing problems related to logistics, technical and counselling.
“God willing, this year, at zone levels, we have introduced customer service counters, which previously were only available in Makkah,” he told reporters at the Al-Haram Hotel, here, today.
He said, other than Zone 1, Zone 2, involving the pilgrims’ accommodations at Movenpick Hotel, also had such counters.
Zone 1 involved the pilgrims’ accommodations at Al-Haram Hotel and Al-Saha.
“TH staff will help refer them to the counters. They can also contact the telepone number to the holy land aid centre on the bangle they wear. Other lines provided are the emergency line (012-2900022) and worship line (012-25706161),” he added. – BERNAMA
