Tan Sri Muhyiddin Arrives In Canberra

CANBERRA – Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has arrived in Canberra for a three-day working visit to the Australian capital and Perth.

Muhyiddin and his entourage flew into Canberra at about 12.30 pm local time (Malaysia is three hours behind)) from Nagoya, Japan after representing Malaysia at the 2014 Unesco World Conference on Education for Sustainable Development.

He is accompanied on the visit to Australia by his wife, Puan Sri Noorainee Abdul Rahman.

Muhyiddin is scheduled to attend a gathering with members of the Malaysian community including students at the Malaysian High Commission here Tuesday evening.- BERNAMA
