SHAH ALAM – Consumers in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya can now obtain information on water supply through the smartphone application ‘mySYABAS,’ which was launched by Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) today.
Syabas Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Rozali Ismail said information which could be accessed through the application include the areas affected by water supply disruptions.
Complaints on water supply can also be sent through it.
Rozali said consumers now had another communication channel to Syabas besides the Customer Service Centre’s (Puspel) lines.
The application can be downloaded free through Google Playstore on Android devices or the Appstore for Ipad and Iphone users.
Also launched at the ceremony was Syabas’ Consumer Services Portal. – BERNAMA
