KUALA LUMPUR – Super League leaders Pahang failed to capitalise on home ground advantage and had to settle for a 1-1 draw against nearest rivals Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) at the Darul Makmur Stadium in Kuantan last night.
However, the result did not dent their position in the league as they have 27 points after 13 matches, two points more than JDT.

Also taking home three points were Perak who defeated bottom-placed Sime Darby FC 3-1 at the Selayang Stadium.
The hosts’ Serbian import Marko Perovic stunned the visitors when he slammed home a cross in the 15th minute but goals by Horace James (30th), Charles Chad Souza (45th) and Mohd Nasir Basharuddin (75th) earned Perak victory.
