KUALA LUMPUR – The first category of strong winds and rough seas over the waters off Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah, Labuan and Sarawak are expected to continue until Friday.
According to a Meteorological Department statement, the Northeasterly winds reaching speeds of 50 km/hour would result in waves rising up to 3.5 metres high will continue in the waters of Samui, Condore, Reef North, Reef South, Layang-Layang and Palawan.
The situation is dangerous to small crafts, recreational sea activities and sea sports.
