KUALA LUMPUR – Traffic flow was reported to be smooth on several major roads and highways to the north, south and east of the city as of 10 am today.
A spokesman of the Plus Expressways Sdn Bhd traffic control centre said traffic was smooth heading north, including along the Slim River-Sungkai and Tapah-Gopeng stretches of the North-South Expressway.
The latest visuals on stretches of the major highways provided by the www.jalanow.com website shows a long line of vehicles at Km324.4 and Km333.6 of the expressway near Tapah.
The weather is reported to be fine.
A spokesman of the Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) said traffic to the east coast was under control and the flow was smooth.
“No accidents were reported as of now (10 am),” he told Bernama.
