KUALA LUMPUR – Bumi Armada Bhd’s Executive Director/Head of Offshore Marine Services (OMS), Shaharul Rezza Hassan, has resigned.
In a statement today, the Malaysia-based international offshore energy facilities and services provider said Shaharul Rezza would officially relinquish his roles on Feb 28, 2018.
“He joined the company in September 2005 and was also the Chief Financial Officer prior to his role as the Head of the OMS,” it said.
Bumi Armada said the OMS would be headed by Megat Zariman Abdul Rahim following Shaharul Rezza’s departure.
