KUALA LUMPUR – Prime Minister’s wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor today attended a dialogue programme on the nation with The National Civics Bureau (BTN), organised by the Welfare Association of Wives of Ministers and Deputy Ministers (Bakti) at Bangunan Bakti Siti Hasmah here today.
Besides Rosmah, who is also Bakti president, the one-day event was also attended by Association of Wives of Civil Servants and Women Civil Servants (Puspanita) president Puan Sri Rohani Abdullah.
The knowledge sharing session is conducted by BTN director-general Datuk Ibrahim Saad.
Over 100 participants comprising members of Bakti, Puspanita, Badan Amal, Armed Forces Family Welfare (Bakat) and Police Family Association (Perkep) also attended the programme.
The programme, among others, highlights the role of women in disseminating accurate information on current issues in the country.
The participants were also given the opportunity to express their views and opinions on various current issues to be discussed together. – BERNAMA
