KUALA LUMPUR – Proton Holdings Bhd will offer free 30 points inspection to all national car owners from July 9-15 as part of its initiative to promote vehicle safety awareness during the festive season.
“Customers can enjoy this free inspection at all Proton authorised service centres, nationwide, and selected Petronas petrol stations between 3 pm and 7 pm during the one-week duration.
The free 30 points include inspection of fluid level, battery, pedal operation, fuel and brake system among others.
Besides, customers would also enjoy free consultation on engine and car maintenance, Proton said in a statement.
Chief Executive Datuk Abdul Harith Abdullah said the national carmaker has the responsibility to educate and promote safety awareness to users, especially in supporting the government’s call to reduce road accidents during festive season and school holidays. – BERNAMA
