Police To Conduct Constable Recruitment From Today

KUALA LUMPUR – The police will carry out a male constable intake exercise at several locations nationwide, beginning Thursday.

Inspector-General of Police Secretariat corporate communications head ACP Datin Asmawati Ahmad said candidates who registered via the Public Service Commission (PSC) portal could present themselves at the required locations and dates.

“They need to undergo physical tests and be at the location at 7.15am in sports attire,” she said in a statement here today.

She said all candidates should bring their original documents, latest photograph and writing instruments.

According to the statement, the recruitment will be conducted at nine locations. For Sabah, the exercise is divided into Zone 1, starting Thursday until Nov 18 at the Sabah police contingent headquarters while Zone 2 will be starting on the same day until Sunday, at the Tawau police headquarters.

In Sarawak, Zone 3 will start on Thursday until Nov 15 at the General Operations Force 11th Battalion in Batu Kawa and 12th Battalion in Sri Aman while Zone 4 will start on Thursday at the Sibu police headquarters as well as Sarikei police headquarters from Nov 11 to Nov 12.

Meanwhile, the exercise at Zone 5 for Kedah and Perlis will start next Monday until Nov 21 at the Pendang police headquarters.

Intake for Zone 6 in Penang will start next Monday until Nov 14 at the Federal Reserve Unit 3.
