PETALING JAYA – Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) women’s chief Zuraida Kamaruddin announced her resignation in the wing’s top post.
Zuraida, who is also the Ampang MP, said her deputy Haniza Talha will take over.
“The time has come for me to hand over the duty of championing the PKR women’s struggle to my deputy, Haniza.
“I am confident that Haniza, as the next leader will bring a new breath of leadership,” Zuraida said in her policy’s speech when officiating the PKR National Women’s Congress 2017 held at Dewan Sivik Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) here. – The Sun
