KUALA LUMPUR: The condition of the victim who suffered serious burns while refuelling her car is “not stable” yet.
A check by The Star with Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where the victim T. Sarishna, 23, is currently being warded, revealed that she is still not out of danger yet.
However, hospital officials did not reveal any further information.
Sarishna suffered burns over 60% of her body after an explosive burst of flames engulfed her while she was in the back seat of her which was being refuelled. She was using her mobile phone at the time.
The incident occurred around 1.25pm on Tuesday in Taman Setapak Indah.
Sarishna was still conscious when she was transported to Hospital Kuala Lumpur.
