PETALING JAYA – The opposition Pakatan Harapan is to use a logo or symbol of one of its four component parties in the 14th General Election if the application to register the pact is not approved by then, said chairman Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
The pact had yet to determine which party logo or symbol would be used, he said to reporters after chairing a meeting of the pact’s presidential council here today.
Pakatan Harapan comprises PKR, DAP, Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) and Parti Amanah Negara.
“All the (four) parties will use one logo regardless of whether the application for registration is approved or otherwise. We will use one logo as our identity in the next general election,” Dr Mahathir said. – BERNAMA
