KUALA LUMPUR – As of today, a total of 9,836 traffic offenders have surrendered during the ongoing ‘Ops Warta’, which began on May 19.
According to a Bukit Aman traffic report, Selangor topped the list at 2,308, followed by Johor (2,267) and Melaka (808).
As of today, a total of 2,012 offenders were nabbed for failing to settle their arrest warrants nationwide.
They comprised 578 who will be charged and 1,434 who have been given bail.
‘Ops Warta’ was implemented to track down traffic offenders who have warrants of arrest issued against them.- BERNAMA
