SEREMBAN – Negeri Sembilan Football Association (PBNS) president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan wants his Super League team to present at least one trophy to their loyal supporters this season.
Mohamad who is Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar said he would not put a benchmark for the state team so as not to pressure them but PBNS hoped to be in the top five of the Super League.
“What I see after several friendly matches, the officers and players have to boost their attack and not only from the centre but use the left and right wings with cross passes to catch their opponents off-guard.
“In the first three matches, we will be playing against teams from the Premier League and this is a good opportunity for us to collect as many points as possible before meeting other Super League giants,” he told a media conference after launching the Negeri Sembilan football squad jersey here today.
Also present were State Secretary Datuk Seri Mat Ali Hassan and Seremban Municipal Council president Datuk Abd Halim Abd Latif. – BERNAMA
