KUALA LUMPUR – Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today extended his best wishes to students sitting for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination beginning Monday.
“Do your best. Make the adequate preparations and be calm when taking the examination. God willing, all of you will achieve success,” he said in a statement.
Muhyiddin, who is also the education minister, said the Education Ministry had made all the necessary preparations to ensure that the examination was conducted smoothly.
He expressed his thanks to the teachers who had spent much time and effort to coach the students.
“My thanks also to the parents who have given all the encouragement and support to their children in preparing for the examination,” he said.
A total of 455,839 students will sit for the SPM examination throughout the country. – BERNAMA
