While the infatuations over Thai football player Charyl Chappuis isn’t over yet, the club has reeled in a new eye candy.
Girls, meet Suphanburi’s latest defender:Â Mika Chunuonsee.
With his chiselled physique and dashing good looks,he 25-year-old Thai-Welsh player definitely has the requirements to be the next national heartthrob, following Charyl, the Thai-Swiss midfielder who represented Thailand in the AFF Suzuki Cup last month.
With Chappuis and Mika in the same team, Suphanburi FC will probably draw in quite a large female audience who have never watched a football match in their life.
While Mika mainly gets attention from the Thai media for his abs and mirror selfies, he actually played for Wales in a national UEFA Under 17
Elite Tournament in 2006. Other players involved in that squad were senior Welsh Internationals Gareth Bale, Aaron Ramsey and Chris Gunter.
Mika’s first game for Suphanburi FC will be in the 43rd King Cup, which will be held in February.
Oh, and like Charyl, Mika already has a steady girlfriend, which may or may not shatter your WAG dreams. Like that ever stopped you before, anyway.MYNEWSHUB
