KUALA LUMPUR – Spending a lot for breaking of fast at big hotels during Ramadan seems to have become a trend.
Although expensive, Ramadan packages offered by these hotels sell well,
A survey by Bernama found those who opt to break their fast at hotels and willing to pay as much as RM199 per pax is because of the variety of food and dessert.
Private sector employee Mohd Razif Syukor, 36, who was with a friend at a hotel for a breaking of fast, said he chose the hotel because of its food spread, comprising more than 100 traditional dishes. – BERNAMA
