In the incident at about 2pm, Shafik Shazwan Ramli, 32, from Shah Alam died

causing it to hit an Axia car.
A spokesman for the Fire and Rescue Department said a crew was rushed to the
scene after an emergency call was received and found the victim, who was
sandwiched in the passenger seat, dead.
“We spent about one hour 15 minutes cutting through the front of the MyVi to

He added the driver and the passenger in the Axia suffered slight injuries
and had been sent to the nearest hospital for treatment while the lorry driver
did not suffer any injury.
