TELUK INTAN – Veteren singer Datuk M. Daud Kilau, 77, or M Daud Kilau as he is popularly known, is recovering at the Teluk Intan Hospital after he was admitted for urinal complications.
Speaking from his hospital bed, Daud said he was on the road to recovery after receiving treatment and hopes to meet up with his fans soon.
“I urge fans, friends and Malaysians to pray for my good health. I will not give up and will continue to entertain my fans,” he added.
Meanwhile, his son Ahmad Zaini, 44, said he took his father to the hospital on Sunday after he complained of having urinal complications.
Daud, who is popular for songs like ‘Cek Mek Molek’ and ‘Gila Judi’, suffers from diabetes and kidney problem. – Bernama
