LOUIS Tomlinson has sent One Direction fans into meltdown after he took sides with Calvin Harris over his former bandmate Zayn Malik following the pair’s heated Twitter spat.
The Scottish DJ hit out at Zayn on the social media site after the ex One Direction star retweeted a fan’s message – comparing two quotes – one from Miley Cyrus, and one from his girlfriend Taylor Swift.
The tweet appeared to compare Miley’s view that she doesn’t mind how much money she makes from her music – compared to Taylor who previously took all her music off Spotify, as she described it as “art” and something consumers should pay for.

Not long after their angry Twitter exchange, Louis favourited Calvin’s tweet to Zayn that read: “@Femaletexts @ZaynMalik You’ve made your money? Cool… f**k the 99% of musicians who depend on these services to survive right? Yeah f**k em.”
“If u don’t get what it means when a successful artist uses their celebrity to benefit every other musician and songwriter in the industry… stay out my f***in mentions pls.”
Naturally, One Direction fans reacted in quite hilarious, totally over the top style.
“Ah Louis favourited Calvin’s tweet I’ve got to go before WW3 breaks out over a f**king RT on Twitter.”
“Louis favorited Calvin’s tweet to Zayn. Zouis isn’t even dead anymore it’s butchered and six feet under.”
After seeing Calvin’s tweets, Zayn hit out at the DJ, claiming he didn’t understand how he had meant it – and he was referring to the quote alone, not the artists.
Zayn wrote: “Ha you just made an absolute fool of yourself mate.
“You clearly didn’t understand what I just said either.”
He then added: “So I suggest you calm your knickers before them dentures fall out.”
Calvin was quick to try and play peacekeeper then, replying: “All good, it was the quote not you personally mate,” before adding “lol” to Zayn’s dentures comment.
At least he saw the funny side.
Zayn concluded with this bombshell: “Oh and I write my own s*** too d***head.”
While Calvin happily added: “Best of luck, genuinely. You’ve got a great voice.” – Mirror
