KUALA LUMPUR – The Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad’s (KTMB) Customer Service hotlines 1-300-88-5862 and 03-22671200 will be temporarily shutdown for three days, from 10 pm on Friday (Nov 7) until 10 am Sunday ( Nov 9).
The temporary shutdown is to allow for upgrading work on the telephone call system and the relocation of the service centre to a new location.
KTMB in a statement today said that during the shutdown, the customer service call centre could be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
However, tickets can still be purchased online and users of e-tickets can make transactions as usual and check the status of their tickets at the KTMB official website at www.ktmb.com.my or at the nearest KTM Intercity stations. – BERNAMA
