SITIAWAN – The Electric Train Service (ETS) connecting Kuala Lumpur and Butterworth will be ready next month, said Transport Minister Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“The ETS will be a boon for people living along its route. I will announce when it will be open to the public on July 9 and the packages that will be offered,” he said.
Liow, who is also MCA president. told this to reporters after opening Lumut MCA’s annual general meeting in Kampung Selamat here Sunday.
