KUALA LUMPUR – KFC Holdings (M) Bhd expects its latest promotional combo meal, the KFC Cheesy Onion Crunch, to contribute 15 per cent to its overall sales.
KFC Marketing Sdn Bhd Senior General Manager Angelina Villanueva said the latest promotional combo meal was introduced following the strong demand from its consumers for KFC’s cheese products.
“The offer period begins today until November or while stocks last.
“Usually we target between 10 to 12 per cent for our promotional products but for this latest edition, we expect it to receive greater response and help to boost overall sales,” she told reporters after launching the KFC Cheesy Onion Crunch here today.
The latest promotional meal is a combination of KFC’s Hot & Spicy or Original chicken with an all-new cream and onion sauce, coleslaw, whipped potato and carbonated drink.
It is available in set combo meals of two or five pieces of chicken and priced at RM12.50 and RM32.50 respectively.
To date, KFC has 648 stores nationwide with the addition of 19 new stores since January this year. – BERNAMA
