Kenny Rogers Roasters Bags ‘Best Franchise CSR Award’

KUALA LUMPUR – Kenny Rogers Roasters (KRR) has won the ‘Best Franchise Corporate Social Responsibility Award’ in the Malaysia Franchise Awards 2014.

The prestigious award offers franchises a valuable opportunity to be recognised as the year’s leading franchise players through various categories, with KRR distinguishing themselves via continuous engagement driven at creating a more holistic Malaysian society.

This is through various initiatives undertaken by the KRR Community Chest Campaign created in 2005 in aid of the less fortunate, KRR said in a statement today.

Berjaya Roasters Malaysia Sdn Bhd Senior General Manager, Lee Siew Weng said: “We are very proud to have been recognised in this area because since our inception in Malaysia 20 years ago, we have been committed to delivering wholesome meals with the best possible service to our guests.”

Previously, KRR had received the Superbrands 2013 Award in the Malaysia’s Choice Category, Putra Brand Awards 2013 and the BrandLaureate Awards for four consecutive years. – BERNAMA
