Kelantan Deputy MB Heads State Awards List

KOTA BAHARU: Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah heads a list of 582 recipients of state awards and medals in conjunction with the Sultan of Kelantan, Sultan Muhammad V’s 46th birthday Wednesday.

In the investiture at the Istana Balai Besar here today, Mohd Amar will be conferred the Ahli Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (SJMK), which carries the title “Datuk”.

Thirty-six individuals will be conferred various other awards which also carry the title “Datuk”, including Academy of Sciences president Tan Sri Datuk Dr Ahmad Tajuddin Ali, who is the sole recipient of the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Datuk Seri) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (SJMK).

Target Resources Sdn Bhd Strategic Planning and Liaison (Military) director Datuk Mamat Ariffin Abdullah is the sole recipient of the Ahli Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (SPKK).

State Service Commission deputy chairman Datuk Yusoff Ismail and Bukit Aman (Federal Police) Criminal Investigation Department former director Tan Sri Mohd Zaman Khan @ Hassan Rahim Khan are the recipients of the Ahli Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (SPSK).

Kelantan Police chief Datuk Mazlan Lazim is conferred the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Pertama (Seri Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (SPSK), while Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) vice-chancellor Prof Datuk Dr Mortaza Mohamed will receive the Ahli Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DPMK).

Prime Minister’s Department Economic Planning Unit director-general Datuk Seri Dr Rahamat Bivi Yusoff and East Coast Economic Corridor Development Council (ECER DC) chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Seri Jebasingam Issace John are conferred the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DPMK).

Four individuals will receive the Ahli Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DJMK) namely member of the Kelantan royal family Tengku Rozlynda Petri Tengku Mohd Nasrun; Iris Corporation Bhd executive director Datuk Seri Mohamad Suparadi Md Noor; Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) School of Civil Engineering lecturer Prof Sr Dr Wan Muhd Aminuddin Wan Hussin and Kelantan Red Crescent Society (PBSM) chairman Wan Ali Wan Ahmad.

Two recipients, namely Society for Anti-Aging, Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine Malaysia (SAAARMM) president Prof Dr Selvaraj Subramaniam and Kelantan Development Resources Sdn Bhd executive director Subramaniam A.R.A Nachiappan receives the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (DJMK).

Four Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) senior officers will receive the Ahli Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (DPKK).

They are Maj Gen Datuk Wira Md Tajri Alwi, who is now attached to the Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur; Army Base Planning and Development Branch assistant chief of staff Maj Gen Mohammad Abd Rahman; ATM Base Logistics Operations director-general Brig Gen Azlan Othman and Tuanku Mizan Military Hospital Military Medical Department head Brig Gen (Dr) Zulkeffeli Mat Jusoh.

Army Base Special Task Force commander Maj Gen Datuk Azmy Yahya is awarded the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (DPKK).

Twelve individuals are awarded the Ahli Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Paduka Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (DPSK) namely Prime Minister’s Department National Disaster Management Agency director-general Datuk Nik Ali Mat Yunus; chief statistician Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Hassan and Kota Baharu People’s Association (POKB) president Datuk Sheikh Ahmad Dusuki Sheikh Mohamad.

Other recipients are Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Ministry Local Government Department director-general Dr Ab Rahman Awang; National Budget Office of the Ministry of Finance deputy director Ab Rahman Mat and State Secretary’s Office deputy state secretary (Management) Adnan Husin.

The remaining six individuals are Kelantan Education Department director Abd Aziz Abdullah; Academy of Sciences fellow Dr Ahmad Ibrahim, Kelantan Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) general manager Ir Md Yuslan Md Yusoff; Universiti Malaya Faculty of Medicine lecturer Prof Dr Wan Azman Wan Ahmad; Bukit Aman Special Action Unit (UTK) commander SAC Hazani Ghazali and National Museum former director-general Wan Jamaluddin Wan Yusoff.

Five recipients of the Ahli Yang Kehormat Yang Kedua (Datuk Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Paduka Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (DPSK) are Kelantan Legal advisor Shahidani Abd Aziz @ Juned and Public Service Department (JPA) deputy director general Datuk Dr Ahmad Jailani Muhamed Yunus.

Others are Bank Rakyat managing director Datuk Mustafha Ab Razak; Usaha Niaga Tani vice president Nor Azman Mufti @ Jaafar and ECER DC Corporate Strategic Planning Division general manager Ragu Sampasivam.

The sultan will also confer the Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (PMK) to one recipient; Ahli Yang Ketiga (Taulan) Bagi Darjah Jiwa Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Mulia (JMK) (three recipients) and Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kesateria Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Perkasa (PKK) (five recipients).

Thirty-eight people will receive the Ahli Yang Ketiga (Paduka) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (PSK); Ahli Yang Keempat (Bentara) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Kelantan Yang Amat Terbilang (BSK) (57) and Ahli Yang Kelima (Ahli) Bagi Darjah Kebesaran Setia Mahkota Yang Amat Terbilang (ASK) (54).

Thirty individuals will receive the Bintang Seri Mahkota Kelantan (SMK), while the Bintang Seri Kelantan (SK) (42); Bintang Ahli Kelantan (AK) (75); Pingat Bakti (PB) (57), Pingat Setia Mahkota Kelantan (PS) (74); Pingat Taat (PT) (66) and Pingat Perangai Baik (PPB) (32).

Four others will receive the Surat Kepujian and seven the Jaksa Pendamai (JP).
