KUCHING – The development of information technology and raising level of the people’s education will bring about new challenges to the health personnel today, said Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahya.
He said the people’s rising expectation on the existing quality of service required the health personnel to constantly provide a high standard of service.
“Delighting the client must be our objective while raising the skill and knowledge are among the professionalism features that is part of the Health Ministry’s culture,” he said at the Sarawak Zone Health Ministry Training Institute convocation at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) in Kuching, Monday.
Hence, he urged the graduates to continue gaining knowledge and enhance their skill so as to meet the customers’ needs.
Some 889 graduates received their respective certificates and diplomas in various fields of training while another 600 will receive theirs Tuesday. – BERNAMA
