On the third day of Hari Raya which is on Sunday, the Sabah Cabinet led by Chief Minister Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal will host their open house at the Menara Tun Mustapha compound here.

Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Jaujan Sembakong after inspecting the open house preparations at the location today said the new setting could promote Sabah further to visitors and tourists alike during the event, and expose the Menara Tun Mustapha building –also known as Yayasan Sabah building – to the people.
“I believe there are Sabahans, especially the youngsters from outside of town, who have not been to this building. This is one way we can promote it,” he told reporters.
When asked whether the state cabinet has extended invitations to former government ministers under the previous leadership of Tan Sri Musa Aman, he said all – including opposition members – are welcome.
“Yes, we invited them. This is Hari Raya and we should put aside political differences.
“I hope to see them. After all this is Sabah,” he told reporters, adding that they should celebrate the occasion with the spirit of togetherness that the state is famous for.
Thousands are expected to convene at the venue on Sunday, where Juhar will also appear as guest of honour.
