Each stall offers different regional cuisines such as the mamak-style chicken soup, udang goreng kunyit, steamed barramundi in spicy black bean paste and ayam masak lemak. The gear box (bone marrow) soup and compulsory whole roast lamb serves as the main attractions, so don’t miss out!

If you’re planning to break your fast at an indoor and contemporary atmosphere, head on over to Zende Restaurant from Jun.22 to Jul. 15, where you can get your fill of the most authentic and delicious dishes the Head Chef Saad bin Osman and his team has to offer. Chef Saad recommends to start light with the array of traditional vegetables such as crunchy kacang botol (winged bean) and pegaga (pennywort leaves) dipped in spicy condiments like the pungent sambal belacan, mango sambal, cencalok and budu.

Featuring six rotational buffet menus, diners can look forward to tempt their tastebuds with local favourites like gulai daging campur, prawn mee, fish head curry, Arabic dishes and East Coast-style roasted chicken.



The spread also offers Japanese fares. Fresh raw tuna and salmon cut expertly into delicate slivers of sashimi,sushi rolls and raw oysters are set to stand out among the dishes laid out on the buffet.

Those with a penchant for sweets can sink their teeth into a wide variety of traditional desserts cooked lovingly using tried-and-true recipes passed down from generation to generation. Be tempted by the variety of rich and flavoursome sweet porridges made with coconut milk, palm sugar, glutinous rice powder balls, bananas and taro chunks.

In addition, there will also be a Pastry Corner for those who craves a more continental desserts: brownies, cheesecakes, red velvets, oh my! If you prefer fruits, cool down with the abundance of local seasonal fruits including jackfruit, rambutan, rose apples, langsat and many more to cleanse your palate.

After a heavy meal, wash it all down with a choice of beverages available for your to drink to your heart’s content. Soy bean milk, lai chee kang, teh tarik, sirap selasih and lychee juice are some of the beverages included in the wide range of refreshing drinks spread.
