PENANG: A total 278 haj pilgrims arrived at the Penang International Airport here today.

“There will be five more flights bringing 1,396 haj pilgrims from Oct 23 to Nov 5,” he told reporters when receiving the haj pilgrims.

One of the pilgrims, Kamal Rusdi Hashim, 24, said he was thankful at being able to perform the haj at the age of 24, in light of fellow pilgrims who had health problems and had to be assisted.
