KAJANG: Reports that a missing Form Three girl has been found are untrue, says the girl’s family who believed she has been abducted outside her home in Bandar Tun Hussein Onn.

The girl, Nur Darleen Dazeera Azhar (pix), 15, of SMK Bandar Tun Hussein Onn here was waiting for her school bus when two men grabbed her onto their motorcycle at about 7am in Jalan Suasana 4/2.

The girl’s uncle, Jalaluddin Mat Zin, said he hoped the public would refrain from spreading unverified reports.

“We hope whoever who is with her will bring her back to her home,” he said.

He said Nur Darleen was last seen by another pupil who was in the van that was supposed to pick her up from school.

When met outside the girl’s home, Jalaluddin said that Nur Darleen would usually wait for the van outside her house.

He said that when the van arrived to pick her up on Thursday, Nur Darleen was nowhere to be seen.

However, Jalaluddin said another passenger in the van saw her on a motorcycle with two men leaving the housing area.

He added that the van driver said Nur Darleen waved at her friend but the pillion rider pulled her hand back.

Jalaluddin said the driver contacted the family at about 7am to check on the girl’s whereabouts, and a check with the school, showed she was not present.

Jalaluddin described Nur Darleen, the youngest of five siblings, as a good girl who never gave the family any problems.

Kajang OCPD Asst Comm Othman Nanyan confirmed that the police had received a report and were investigating the matter.

ACP Othman also urged all parties to give room to the police to carry out their investigations.
