SEREMBAN: Twenty-nine passengers of an express bus from Johor Baru to Kuala Lumpur escaped unhurt when the bus skidded on the road shoulder and landed in a drain at Kilometer 244, North-South Highway (PLUS) heading north near Rembau, this Monday morning.
Assistant Operations Officer of the State Fire and Rescue Department, Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said the department received a call on the incident at 5.06am Monday.
He told Bernama here that two engines with an officer and 13 personnel from the Rembau and Senawang Fire and Rescue Stations were rushed to the scene.
He said only a woman passenger of the bus sustained light injury on the leg. – Bernama
