BUKIT MERTAJAM – Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin made his presence felt today in Permatang Pauh.
Muhyiddin, together with other state Barisan Nasional leaders, embarked on a walkabout at the Seberang Jaya marketâ€Ž and the food court here, which was bustling with patrons.
He mingled with the crowd, and also sat down for breakfast at the food court, spending close to an hour.
With him were state BN chairman Teng Chang Yeow, state Umno liaison chairman Datuk Zainal Abidin Osman, â€Žstate MCA liaison chairman Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun and Permatang Pauh Umno division chairman Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Said. – NST Online
