KANGAR – Perlis head coach Dollah Salleh praised the team spirit displayed by
the squad which had enabled them to clinch a 2-1 victory over Negeri Sembilan
in a Premier League match at the Tuanku Syed Putra Stadium here yesterday.
He said although the first half was pretty scrappy, his boys upped their
tempo of play and showed their fighting spirit in the second half.
The coach also praised defenders, Damion Stewart and Mohd Afif Amiruddin who
fought tooth and nail and managed to keep the visitors from scoring more goals.
