Doctor Won’t Marry Off Her Kids If The In-Laws Haven’t Done This One Thing

in Latest

THIS doctor sets three conditions that future suitors must follow if they wish to take her children’s hand in marriage, and one of it is the groom/bride-to-be has to be vaccinated at childhood!

Sharing her thoughts on Facebook, Dr. Azlindarita Aisyah Mohd Abdullah wrote a post on a case she handled where a baby was already infected with Rubella in the womb through her mother, who was not vaccinated as a child.

The poor child has visual disability caused by cataracts and glaucoma that affected her eyes from the Rubella infection.

Feeling so sorry for the baby, Dr. Azlindarita posted a plea for parents to prioritize vaccination for their children, including a ‘warning’ that future suitors of her children must come equipped with a vaccination book as evidence that they are fit and infection-free!

“Today, there was a baby patient who was infected with Rubella from her mother.
The baby’s eyes have cataracts, glaucoma (high pressure in the eyes) and an abnormal nerve in her retina.
The baby’s mother was not vaccinated.
My message to parents who choose not to vaccinate your children, you are also endangering your future grandchildren.
Raising a visually impaired child is very challenging.
Among the criteria of a future daughter/son-in-law for my children are:
1) Faithful
2) Do good deeds (especially solat or prayers)
3) Have been vaccinated and bring along his/her vaccination book as proof when proposing for marriage.”

Dr. Azlinda hopes that her post will reach millions of parents who refuses to vaccinate their child to open up their minds and get proper, scheduled shots for the well-being of the family.

Vaccination protects children from serious illness and complications of vaccine-preventable diseases such as mumps, measles, whooping cough, tuberculosis (TB) and Hepatitis B.-MYNEWSHUB.CC
