IPOH – Chief of the Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) General Tan Sri Roslan Saad today reminded cadets to always be disciplined andÂ mindful of the air force’s image and reputation.
He said they should not be involved in anything that contravened ethics, regulations and laws of the armed forces such as in the activities of the IS militant group, drug abuse, gambling or crimes of abuse.
“I want to stress here that the RMAF top leadership will not compromise with anyone at any level who broke the practices and discipline of the service as well as civil laws,” he said in his speech at the passing-out parade of RMAF cadets Series 53/2015 here.
Roslan also reminded the cadets not to divulge national and army secrets to anyone who is not permitted to know them and to spend wisely.
He said they should also be matured and wise when using the social media.
“Do not get involved in deviant activities which are bad for yourselves and the service,” he said.
At the event, 405 cadets took part in the parade which was held at the Ipoh Air Force Training Institute.- BERNAMA
