NEW JERSEY – Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral is set to take place at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia this weekend before she is buried next to her late mother, Whitney Houston.
The family of the 22-year-old aspiring actress, who died at a hospice last Sunday (26.07.15) after being found unresponsive in a bathtub at her home near Atlanta on January 31, will reportedly gather to mourn and celebrate her life at St. James United Methodist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia before she is buried next to her late mother, Whitney Houston, at Fairview Cemetery in New Jersey next Monday (03.08.15).
The Fulton County Medical Examiner released the starlet’s remains at approximately noon yesterday (28.07.15), after completing an autopsy to determine an official cause of death.
The family members including Bobbi Kristina’s devastated father Bobby Brown, were originally hoping to hold the funeral tomorrow (30.07.15), but pushed it back to enable all of her loved ones to attend. Medical examiners plan to perform additional testing, but so far it appears there were no signs of foul play.
Last month, Bobbi Kristina’s conservators filed a $40 million lawsuit against her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, accusing him of domestic violence and of stealing her money.
