Azizulhasni Fail To Qualify For Second Round Track World Cup Keirin Event

KUALA LUMPUR – World cycling champion Azizulhasni Awang and Muhammad Shah Firdaus Shahrom both failed to qualify for the second round of the Track World Cup keirin event after the first round at the BGZ Arena Velodrome in Pruszkow, Poland.

According to the official website of the championship ‘Track Cycling World Cup I’ Azizulhasni, who is fondly known as ‘The Pocketrocketman’, did not finish the race in the repechage round.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Shah finished second in the race (+0.322 seconds) behind Sebastien Vigier of France in the repechage round.

The two riders had to take part in the repechage round as both finished fourth in the first round race.
