The second phase would involve residents in the water villages of Goodview and Forest.
ESSCom chief executive officer Noor Alam Khan Abdul Wahid Khan said the Taman Murni PPR was among two pioneer projects carried out under the programme by the agency in the Eastern Sabah Security Zone (ESSZOne) area.
The other PPR project is in Semporna, which has yet to be occupied, he said at a Ramadan programme between ESSCom and the Taman Murni community which was opened by Elopura assemblyman Datuk Au Kam Wah yesterday.
The resettlement programme , aimed at addressing was implemented following a census conducted by ESSCom in five water villages in January 2014 to address security problems.
Meanwhile, Au said he received many applications for housing units at the Tam Murni PPR which had 1,000 units.
