Olive oil is one of those ingredients that seems to do no wrong. The benefits of using olive oil on your hands is that the antioxidants and healthy fatty acids in olive oil will leave our skin soft and moisturized.

1. Mix equal amounts of warm olive oil and fine sugar.

2. Massage your hands with the warm olive oil and fine sugar for about five minutes. Make sure you scrub it in in light, circular motions.

3. After the five minutes are up, pat dry your hands. We recommend doing this twice a day.

Oatmeal works as a natural cleansing exfoliant, and the protein in it will prevent drying your skin and leaving it moisturized.

1. Prepare a mix of two tablespoons of ground oatmeal, one teaspoon of honey and a little water. Stir the mix until it turns into a paste.

2. Rub this DIY scrub into your hands lightly and in circular motions.

3. Then let it dry until it becomes a mask, and leave it on for ten minutes.

4. Rinse it off with warm water and pat dry. We recommend doing this once a week.

Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains a beneficial combination of fatty acids, which help benefit and prevent dry skin. In fact, coconut oil not only soothes dry skin, but it helps to relieve any skin damage from exposure from the sun’s harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays.

1. Apply warm extra-virgin coconut oil on your hands, the quantity should be no more than four tablespoons.
